Tom’s love for property started early, working on construction sites with his dad. A path which would eventually lead him to a position guiding new urban developments, and pairing people with their dream homes – to start their next chapter.

Over the past decade he’s formed strong relationships with reputable project teams, offering his expertise on everything from dwelling mixes, to tap finishes, using insights gathered from first-hand experience on the ground, to day-to-day encounters with local buyers.

Guiding the process all the way through the journey, making sure to consider all parties at every stage. His affable approach helps bridge the gap between developers and buyers for a seamless experience. And his passion for his work is evident from his energetic, focused nature.

Kim grew up in a family of property developers, so it was no surprise to anyone he ended up finding his passion within the industry. Now, with over a decade of experience in commercial and residential development, rental guarantees, leasing, and build-to-rent projects, Kim’s breadth of knowledge is helping clients better than ever to find the right properties for them, whether as residential or investment.

Previously heading a team of 20+ property managers in his last role, Kim made the move to boutique spaces, allowing him to offer a more personal level of service to a select number of clients. This gives Kim the benefit of being able to look at the bigger picture for his clients, better understanding their priorities in the short term, and how they can be leveraged into long-term successes.

Imani Fawahl

With a keen eye for design from an early age – all thanks to her mum being an interior designer – Imani’s love for beautiful things has inspired her to travel and work across the globe, including in Japan, San Francisco, and now Australia.

Her natural inviting warmth has helped put many clients at ease during the purchasing process – often leaving a lasting impression. So much so, she has been invited to many of her client’s housewarming parties. Her love for meeting and connecting with people on a meaningful level gives Imani the ability to better understand her clients’ needs, helping them find success in their own personal next chapter.
